The Importance of Navy Oilers

For persons to understand how important a Navy Oiler is and to know that "OIL" will be important to the navy for decades, I have created a web site in hopes that a National Oiler Museum can be created. I am trying to gain the attention of persons who can submit a business plan to the navy wherein the ship USS Kawishiwi AO-146 can be removed from the reserve fleet in Suisun Bay, cleaned up and moored where large quantities of people can explore the museum.
