A forth council has offered help in creating a NAVY SUPPORT MUSEUM. It is the Santa Barbara council. Right now they are engaged in the commissioning of USS Stockdale in April 2009.

Navy League Councils Study Oilers
Three councils will be studying a proposal to create a museum on the main land for the navy oiler ships. They are Alameda, Blueback Submarine and Hawaii.
